YUREIXVII εͺιΊ's Terms of ServiceGeneral Terms
I. I will create artwork in a style I think suits the piece best or in a style that is within my artistic forte.
II. Clear references, sketches, and/or detailed descriptions are highly appreciated to ensure the best possible outcome.
III. I reserve the right to decline any commission without providing a reason to the client.
IV. I reserve the right to not be associated with or credited for artwork I deem inappropriate or contrary to my values.
V. I retain the right to post commissioned works and their process timelapses to my portfolio and social media for self-promotion.Payment
I. Clients may choose to pay either the full amount upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after completion.
II. If paying 50% upfront, the remaining balance must be paid after completion but before the final high-resolution files are delivered.
III. Prices are slightly higher for non-PHP currencies to compensate for conversion fees.
IV. Prices may increase depending on artwork complexity (e.g., shading, clothing, accessories, and other details).
V. Privacy Fee: An additional fee applies if you request that the artwork and timelapse remain private. This must be requested at the start.
VI. Rush Fee: Commissions needed in less than seven (7) days require an additional fee. Acceptance is subject to schedule availability.Process
I. I will provide initial sketches for your approval before proceeding to finalization.
II. Up to three (3) revisions are allowed during the sketch phase only.
III. Any changes exceeding the allowed number of revisions will incur an additional fee.
IV. Revisions and WIPs will be provided with a watermark in low resolution. Final high-resolution files are delivered only after full approval and payment.
V. Background descriptions must be provided during the initial request. Detailed or complex backgrounds may require an additional fee.
VI. I reserve the right to simplify or decline background requests if they are outside my current abilities or workload capacity.
VII. Major changes to the original concept or late revision requests may be declined.
VIII. Completion may take up to one (1) month depending on complexity and responsiveness.Usage and Restrictions
I. Personal use only: You may use the piece for icons, wallpapers, and profile pictures with proper credit.
II. You may repost the commission on social media, provided you credit me.
III. Commercial use (merch, monetized content, resale) is strictly prohibited unless commercial usage fees are discussed and paid beforehand.
IV. You may not claim the artwork as your own, remove my signature, or remove the watermark.
V. You may not edit, trace, or modify the artwork in any way without my permission.
VI. You may not use the artwork for AI training, datasets, or any AI-related promotional use.
VII. You may not mint or use the artwork as an NFT or in any blockchain-related project.Cancellations and Refunds
I. If you cancel before I have started the work, you will receive a full refund.
II. If you cancel after work has started but before the sketch is approved, you will receive an 80% refund.
III. No refunds will be issued once the sketch has been approved or after the artwork is completed.
IV. If I cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
